Kate Hudson Sends Love to Ex-Fiancé Matt Bellamy After Birth of His Child

Kate Hudson continues to show her support for her ex-fiancé, Matt Bellamy.

On May 20, Elle Evans, the Muse frontman’s wife and model, took to Instagram to announce the birth of their second child, a son named George Julien-Wade Bellamy, born on May 12. The couple also has a three-year-old daughter, Lovella.

In her announcement, Evans expressed her gratitude, stating, “I am so thankful for my wonderfully perfect husband @mattbellamy for being so supportive and by my side every step of the way! It’s an honor to bring another brilliant Bellamy into existence!”

Kate Hudson responded to this joyous news by sharing a series of red heart emojis in the comment section. Hudson and Bellamy were engaged from 2011 until their split in 2014, and they share a 12-year-old son named Bing.

Bellamy and Evans got married in 2019, about a year and a half after they announced their engagement in 2017.

In 2022, Hudson opened up about taking accountability after her relationship with Bellamy ended during an appearance on Josh Smith’s Reign podcast. She reflected, “That moment for me was like, ‘Now I have to figure this out.’ That was really hard for me because I didn’t want that to end. I need to figure out what this is in my life, this pattern I keep repeating, and take accountability for it. I think the issue is when people blame everybody else for any challenges or hardships. I don’t want to be friends with that person.”
