Kanye West has revealed the official cover art for his new album Bully, and it appears to feature none other than his son, Saint. On October 23, Kanye took to Instagram to share the black and white photo of the subject, believed to be Saint, wearing a set of grills similar to Kanye’s signature titanium ones, which reportedly cost him hundreds of thousands of dollars.
The cover photo was captioned: “BULLY cover by Daidō Moriyama,” highlighting the involvement of the renowned Japanese photographer known for his gritty black-and-white street photography. At 86 years old, Moriyama’s work adds a bold artistic layer to Kanye’s upcoming album visuals.
Earlier this month, Kanye gave fans a preview of the album by sharing audio from a new track titled “Beauty and the Beast.” The live performance audio was captured during his Vultures Listening Experience at Wuyuan River Stadium in Haikou, China, and Kanye noted that the track was further updated in Tokyo, signaling the global scale of his creative process.
Kanye has confirmed that Bully is well underway, with the rapper-producer handling all production duties himself—something he hasn’t done since his 2004 debut, The College Dropout. This marks a significant shift, as Kanye has traditionally worked with a team of producers and collaborators.
Living in Japan and working out of a hotel in Tokyo, Kanye is reportedly pouring all his energy into making Bully a deeply personal, concept-driven project. Journalist Touré shared in an Instagram video that Kanye is recording the entire album in his hotel room, with the machines set up right there, embracing a fresh and self-reliant creative process.
Fans are eagerly awaiting Kanye’s return, with Bully set to mark a new chapter in his artistic journey—one driven by independence, raw emotion, and a bold, minimalist approach.
