Kid Cudi’s Los Angeles Home Robbed During Wildfire Evacuation – A Strange Burglary Incident

Los Angeles, CA – Kid Cudi’s Los Angeles home fell victim to an unusual burglary while the rapper evacuated due to ongoing wildfires in the area. The incident took place on Wednesday, January 15, when an intruder broke into his property and made himself at home in an unexpected way.

According to a TMZ report, the burglar was seen helping himself to food from Cudi’s kitchen, using the bathroom, and even taking a shower in the celebrity’s absence. The man didn’t just steal items but seemingly acted as if the home was his own.

Security cameras captured footage of the intruder, who was spotted in the kitchen without a shirt. The police were called, and the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department arrested the man while he was still inside Kid Cudi’s residence.

The man was charged with felony burglary and theft of utilities. He is currently being held on a $150,000 bail. This bizarre incident follows Kid Cudi’s evacuation from his home on January 8 due to the spreading wildfires in Los Angeles, which have forced hundreds of thousands of people to evacuate.

In an Instagram post on January 8, Kid Cudi shared his experience and safety concerns, writing:
“Hey guys, had to evacuate my crib. I’m safe, with my loved ones, dogs are safe. For all the folk who lost their homes, people that are dealing with this, my heart hurts for you. The fires have been devastating, claiming at least 25 lives and displacing thousands of people. Amid the chaos, Snoop Dogg, also a California native, has been actively helping those affected by the fires. He shared during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! that he has been “pushing buttons” to help with the relief efforts.

“I’ve got a lot of people on the ground, making things happen,” Snoop said. “I’m pushing buttons, making sure the right people get the things they need.” His efforts have brought much-needed attention to the disaster, helping to organize recovery efforts across the city.
